Bentley Hotel Old City-Special Class

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of all the main attractions at Sultanahmet, tram stop & surrounded by restaurants. The breakfast was quite adequate. The service was good, although we did have to ask for coffee & water when they were not replaced. Staff were friendly & helpful. Extremely comfy bed & great shower & water pressure. Had an issue with the curtain rod falling down, & it was fixed that same day.

Location in the heart of Sultan Ahmet at a walking distance from the top attractions; Aia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Ataturk Palace and Celistrine surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. Also, staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Hotel provides Fee Hamam for guests which will help you wash the tiresome of standing in lines to access attractions. Bilal at Reception Desk was extremely professional and his manager whom I suppose is the FOM immediately upgraded our room at a discounted rate when we didn't like our booked Economic Backyard view room. A very Central,very clean hotel. The staff are were really friendly and helpful able to recommend bars, restaurants and activities in the area. The rooms were really clean and the bed very comfortable. The Complimentary nuts and fruits were a nice touch. The hammam access ( Turkish bath) and sauna was included with the room and was open from 10am -10pm. It was located within a 5 minute walk of the Hagia Sophia And the Sultanahmet Mosque. I would definitely recommend going to one of the rooftop bars/restaurants and terraces in the area for the view. The prices for food and especially alcohol are not cheap by European standards but given the view and location are worth it. Do a quick currency conversion before ordering wine etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bently Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist with every little detail made my stay even more enjoyable. He truly provided exceptional customer service. The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy warmth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and high-quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The blackout curtains and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to unwind and fully relax. It truly felt like a personal retreat from the bustling city outside. The bathroom was equally luxurious, equipped with a rain shower and premium toiletries that added to the feeling of indulgence. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the soft bathrobe and slippers waiting for me after a long day. Overall, Bently Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and service. David’s outstanding hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing, luxurious experience with top-notch customer care. I can’t wait to return!

The property has been newly refurbished and it’s very modern. The rooms were immaculate and so was the hotel in general. It’s situated in the perfect location with the main attractions being walking distance. We never used public transport at all during our 5 night stay. We walked to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Top Kapi museum etc. The breakfast options are great. There’s lots of variety and if you’re a breakfast person, you will not be disappointed. The staff were brilliant. A special mention to Dawood at the reception and Zakariya in the dining room. I wouldn’t look at any other hotels besides Bentley hotel. It’s nothing but perfect.
